The above username and
password will be used for all functions related to your account.
This includes your main e-mail, control panel, reseller control
panel (if applicable), Front Page Publishing, and FTP access.
Note: THIS IS NOT YOUR
BILLING USERNAME AND PASSWORD.
Note: After you move your DNS you will be able to use <yourdomain>
in place of the ip address for the instructions below.

1.Uploading HTML
To upload your web page
(HTML) to the server you will need to use FTP and ftp to <youripaddress>
and log in using the above username and password. Once logged in
you will need to copy your html in the /www directory. Note: Accounts
without dedicated IP addresses will not show up in your web browser
using the IP address. You may preview your account using http://<youripaddress>/~username
2.Moving your domain (DNS Information)
The next step is to visit your registrar (the company you registered
your domain name with) and point your domain to our Name Servers.
You may now transfer your
domain name by pointing your nameservers to:
NS1.INTERSERVERS.COM 208.40.203.55
NS2.INTERSERVERS.COM 209.166.169.5
(Note: If you purchased
VDNS nameservers from us, you will need to go to your registrar
and "register" your new name servers. Your registrar should
have more information on this subject. Registering your namervers
must be done before you can use them.
(Note, if you purchased
virtual nameservers from us, you will receive the dns information
via e-mail)
NOTE: IF YOU ORDERED VDNS
SERVERS FROM US YOU WILL NEED TO USE THE HOSTNAMES AND IP ADDRESSES
IN PLACE OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WHEN REGISTERING OR TRANSFERRING
ANY DOMAINS TO OUR SERVERS.
3.Accessing Your Control Panel
To access your site control
panel, you will type the following in to your web browser:
http://<youripaddress>/cpanel
(example: http://123.456.789.123/cpanel)
You will be prompted to
enter your log in information from above.
4.Accessing your Web/POP
E-mail
*To access your web mail
you will need to visit:
http://<youripaddress>:2095
example: http://123.456.789.123:2095
*To access your pop mail:
POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Please note that your username
by itself will be used to log in to the first web mail and/or pop
mail account. Once you create other accounts, to log in, those accounts
must use the entire e-mail address as a username with there password
to log in to POP and Web mail.
5.Accessing your Reseller
Interface to Add New Accounts

(Please not that this is
a secure connection and you will need to to use the 's' in https://)
Note: The first thing you
will need to do is log in and click "create new packages"
to create your custom hosting packages before you can create a reseller
account. If you need more information on this, please visit the
