Create unlimited categories with unlimited questions.  Admin :: Products Tab  feature status info Package Setup  Included  Manage all of your packages in one central location. Setup package features and assign children packages to be displayed in your integrated order forms. Each package can have its own price and setup cost for each of the 5 billing cycles: 1 - Monthly, 2 - Quarterly, 3 - Semi-Annually, 4 - Annually, 5 - 24 Months. I you do not support all of the billing cycles, simply leave the price for that cycle as 0 and it will be suppressed!  TLD Setup  Included  Configure each TLD individually. You can set the price for each of the 1 - 10 year renewal cycles including the registrar transfer option. If you don't register domains for all years, simply leave the value as 0 and it will not display that option.  Admin :: Finance Tab  feature status info Invoice & Billing  Included  This is the heart of ModernBill. You can generate invoices for all packages with one click of the mouse….or even better yet, setup a cronjob to do it for you! After the invoices are generated, you can generate and process the batch. (Batch export is also available!) The system will communicate with the integrated gateway you have enabled and process each invoice... all while updating them in real-time and send in customized email receipts to your clients based off of the email templates you configured earlier! Wow that is a mouth full!  Account Register  Included  Each invoice and payment is captured in the account register. The end goal is to have a zero balance. Why? Because for all debits (invoices) you want to receive equal credits (payments). The system will track these for your or you can enter them manually for offline processing or check payments!  Admin :: Tools Tab  feature status info API Queue  Included  This is the hub of the new API system. Think of it like a staging area where information is saved to be processed later, either manually or automatically via cron. The Server API and Registrar API both utilize the API Queue to store this type of information for use by the individual modules. You will be able to login and see what functions are about to be processed at anytime. When the queue has been processed, you can go here to view the results as well!  Networking  Included  Internet fraud is something we all must deal with and the network tools are here to help you combat that issue. Included are several useful tools you can utilize to verify and order: 1 - Whois, 2 - Trace Route, 3 - Ping, 4 - Name Server Lookup, 5 - MX Records, 6 - IP to Host Name, 7 - Host Name to IP, 8 - Sub domain Search, 9 - ARIN Whois: American Registry for Internet Numbers.  System Config  Included  Web based configuration allows you to setup your system anywhere. You can control all aspects of ModernBill with over 300+ configuration settings.  Banned Setup  Included  Are you tired of accepting orders from free email accounts? IF so, the banned setup is the place you can lockout all free domain based emails before the order is placed. You can also ban access to your order form from specific IP address or IP ranges. This is a very powerful tool here only to help you cut down on fraudulent orders!  Database Export  Included  Export your database using popular Word, Excel, or CSV format. Use that data to import into your own local database or for offline record keeping.  Admin :: Calendar  feature status info To-Do List  Included  The To-Do list is setup to hold system events that require your attention. Mainly when a new order is placed, a to-do note will be generated for you to update the credit card information with your encryption key. Other notes will be created if a queue connection fails for any reason instruction you to the incident. (Useful if your queue is run by cron.)  Specials (Coupon Manager)  Included  The coupons manager will allow you to setup coupons your end-users can use when ordering your services. The coupons can be configured for single or multiple use as well as for new clients only or open to all orders.
